When our clients first approached us about modernizing the space where a certain musical artist stayed for her weekend at Coachella, you could say we were excited to get our hands dirty. What ensued was a complete overhaul & addition of 4 bedrooms to the outdated 5 bed over a short summer that raised the nightly rates by X% and the monthly occupancy by Y%. Although Coachella was cancelled this past year due to COVID-19, our clients are expecting to see a Z% weekend rate increase for each of those two weekends alone.
