LionCraft Construction has been designing, building and remodeling homes all over Southern California for the last 44+ years. Beginning in 1977, we have worked on thousands of homes in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties. While the name of the company may have changed over the years, our goal remains the same. In a world of fly-by-night, shady contractors, LionCraft Construction is driven to provide homeowners with the best product on the market, with a focus on quality, integrity and transparency at the center of our process.

Our philosophy has resulted in thousands of satisfied customers and an impressive zero complaints on the California State Contractors License Board. Since the origin of the company, license # 335060 has not received a single complaint, and our goal is to keep it that way.

As we move forward into the future, we do so with gratitude for our past. None of what we have done would have been possible were it not for a 1st-generation Puerto Rican-American man. Michael de Leon was born in New York, New York, before he and his family moved out to Los Angeles when he was just 2 years old. As one of four kids raised by a single, immigrant mother, Michael began running a printing press for work at 9 years old to help pay for the family’s meals. He retained this driven attitude and work ethic throughout his early years, working his way through Cal State Northridge. After he finished school, Michael began to taste the fruits of his labor in various job fields. While he spent some time in fields like forensic accounting and pharmaceutical sales, it was ultimately construction that won his heart. He entered the construction business in 1977 and hasn’t looked back since, having helped thousands of happy customers and built himself a solid reputation in the process.

We could rest on the laurels of Michael’s hard work and dedication, but instead we base our business on that time-tested experience and wisdom with a modern, enthusiastic mindset and those same core values of quality, integrity and transparency. As a family business, we are also able to offer our clients an all-encompassing suite of services, covering everything within the construction process, from initial design phases through permitting help and construction. By utilizing a process focused on these characteristics, we are able to offer our clients a truly unique experience.
